I turned this vase out of a Sussex Oak log. It was charred (burnt and brushed) after turning to waterproof it. I finished it with oil and wax to keep the beauty of the wood imperfection and the natural patterns. It is for dry use only (buds, flowers, twigs...).
Clean it with a damp cloth and periodically rub it with oil or wax .
